Dosage:
How much to use the drug?

The dose of the medicine depends on several factors such as severity of condition, response to treatment, drug interaction and so on. You doctor will fix the dose after examining the condition of your eye thoroughly. The dose as prescribed by your doctor should be strictly followed for best results. The medicine under normal circumstances needs to be applied twice a day with a minimum gap of 12 hours. This may however vary as per the instruction of your doctor.
How to use the drug?

Ensure that you follow a high degree of hygiene when using the medicine. Follow the instruction of the doctor while applying the medicine. Do not touch the top of the medicine bottle as chances of contamination are high. Wash your hands properly before and after application of the medicine. In some cases application of artificial tears may be required during the treatment. It is best to put artificial tears in your eyes at least after a gap of 15 minutes after putting Cyclosporine Opthalmic Suspension.

Overdose:

Miss dose:

In case of missed dose you must apply the medicine as soon as you remember provided there is sufficient gap between two doses. Never double dose to compensate for the missed dose. Application of the medicine at the same time each day can reduce the chance of missing any dose.
